Business Type

Your Helper CTO — an external systems team (handover, maintenance, improvement, continued development)

Our Position

NT IT is a professional system developer with 5+ years in business, bringing ten years of real-world business experience and a complete product development team. We know how to read a system nobody has maintained in years, and we know the technical debt that AI or vibe coding tools leave behind after generating something fast. We focus on keeping systems looked after: taking over existing systems or AI-generated projects, keeping them running stably, finding what can be improved, and building on them as your company grows — so a system never turns into a black box just because one person walked away.

""Someone built it" and "someone owns it" are two different things. We do the second one."

Core Values

Outcome-Oriented

We don't build good-looking demos that nobody ends up taking over. What matters to us is whether the system still has someone looking after it, still gets used, and can still be improved after launch.

Full Accountability

Once a system is in our hands, its problems are our problems — we don't point fingers just because someone else wrote the architecture, or AI generated it.

Active Leadership

We're not a vendor who just follows orders. When we see risk or gaps in a system, we say so directly and help prioritize what to fix — instead of taking every request at face value.

Delivery Capabilities

Handover

A free health check and handover for existing systems or AI/vibe-coded products — we map the architecture, risks, and missing documentation so the system moves from "it runs" to "someone owns it."

Maintenance

Ongoing monitoring, updates, and issue resolution to keep your system running reliably, even through staff turnover or tool changes.

Improvement

We continuously review performance and usage, finding what can be optimized so the system gets more stable and more useful as your operations grow.

Continued Development

New features and expansions planned around your business growth — the system doesn't stop at launch, it grows with your company.

Our Position

We're not doing general outsourcing, and we're not another shop that just builds you a system and walks away.

A lot of systems today get built fast with AI or vibe coding tools — they run, but there's no documentation, no architecture notes, and often nobody who actually understands them.

An even more common situation: the engineer who used to own it left, the outsourcing vendor shut down, and the system just sits there — nobody dares touch it, nobody is watching it.

That's not "done." That's "nobody's responsible."

What we care about: when something breaks, is there someone who picks up the phone? Six months from now, is this system still running properly, or has it become a landmine everyone tiptoes around?

So we ask upfront: who's maintaining this system right now? Where does the data live? What's broken before? If the answer is "we don't know," we start with a free system health check — laying out the current state honestly before deciding how to take it over.

It also means we don't take every project: if what you want is just the cheapest possible labor, or you have no intention of anyone taking long-term responsibility for the system, we're probably not the right fit.

We choose to build long-term relationships with businesses that take their systems seriously — starting with a free health check, then handover, maintenance, and improvement, growing the system alongside the company.

"AI helped you write it. We make sure someone keeps looking after it."

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you take over a system with no documentation and no original developer around?

We start with a free system health check — reviewing the codebase, database structure, deployment environment, and known issues, so we can see the system clearly before deciding how to take it over safely. You don't need to write documentation first.

The engineer who used to maintain our system left or is unreachable — who handles it now?

That's exactly why we exist. A system shouldn't become untouchable just because one person left. Once we take over, we build our own maintenance records and knowledge base, so it no longer depends on any single person's memory.

Do we have to do the health check before working with you?

We recommend it. The free health check is how we judge whether it's worth taking on and where the risks are — and it gives you a clear picture of the system's actual condition before committing to anything long-term.

Our system was generated with AI or vibe coding tools — can you take that over too?

Yes — that's actually one of the most common situations we handle. AI can get a system built, but usually no one is left looking after it. We take over, fill in the missing architecture notes, clarify the risk points, and turn "it runs" into "someone's responsible for it."

What does "maintenance" actually include?

Four things: taking over the current state of the system, day-to-day upkeep and monitoring, ongoing improvement of features and performance, and further development as your needs evolve. In short — making sure the system always has someone looking after it.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Response times and handling windows are agreed upon in the maintenance plan, with urgent issues prioritized. We spell this out clearly during the health check and planning stage — never just "as soon as possible."

We already have our own engineers — do we still need maintenance services?

It depends on what your internal engineers focus on. If they're mainly building new features, we can take dedicated responsibility for keeping the system stable and routinely maintained — so it doesn't fall into the gap where everyone assumes someone else is handling it.

What does the free health check actually cover?

We review your system's architecture, code condition, database, and deployment environment, identify risks and missing pieces, and give you a report on its current state. The health check itself is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

How is the long-term maintenance plan priced?

Our long-term maintenance plans start at NT$6,000/month, adjusted based on system scale and maintenance scope. We give you the exact number after the health check, once the scope is confirmed — never a rough estimate.

How is payment arranged?

Long-term maintenance is billed monthly. If there's upfront work needed to fix or stabilize the architecture during handover, we scope and quote that separately and confirm it with you before starting.

What does the process look like?

Three steps: ① a free health check to understand the system's current state; ② confirming the scope of handover and the maintenance plan; ③ formal handover, then ongoing maintenance, improvement, and development. Each step ends with a clear conclusion — no gray areas.

What technology do you use? Can you work with our existing system?

Backend: Laravel, Node.js, Python. Frontend: Vue.js and other mainstream frameworks. Cloud: deep AWS expertise. As long as documentation exists — or we can map the architecture through the health check — most existing systems can be taken over.

Can we stop or switch to another provider later?

Yes. We hand over all the documentation and records we build up during maintenance, so even if you switch to someone else down the line, you won't lose your grip on the system just because you left us.

We don't chase volume.

We build long-term relationships with a select few partners worth going deep with.
